Labels and Manuals for Private-Label Orders
Strenvix Fitness supports product labels and manual preparation for importers, distributors, fitness equipment dealers and private-label brands ordering commercial gym equipment.
Available options may include brand labels, model information, equipment identification, warning labels, basic operating instructions, assembly manuals and maintenance information. The required content depends on the equipment model, target market, buyer specifications and applicable documentation requirements.
Labels and manuals are confirmed as part of the approved product specification. They should not be prepared separately from the machine because the model name, configuration, components and assembly instructions must match the equipment being supplied.

Product and Model Labels
Product labels help identify the equipment during distribution, installation, after-sales service and spare-parts communication. Depending on the model and buyer requirements, a label may contain:
- Brand name
- Product name
- Model reference
- Basic identification information
- Serial or batch reference where applicable
- Manufacturer or importer information supplied for the project
- Warning or operating information
- Barcode or buyer reference
The content must be provided or approved by the buyer before printing. Label size, material, color and position are reviewed according to the equipment surface and available installation area.
A label fitted to a flat steel cover may use a different material or fixing method from one applied to a curved plastic component.
Warning and Operating Labels
Commercial treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines and strength equipment do not use identical warning information. The label content and position should match the actual product function.
Important confirmation points may include:
- Intended equipment model
- Adjustment instructions
- Safety information
- User limitations where applicable
- Electrical information for relevant cardio equipment
- Moving or pinch-point warnings
- Label language
- Label position
- Required symbols
Strenvix Fitness does not automatically determine the legal labeling requirements for every destination market. Buyers should provide market-specific content or requirements for review before production.
Equipment Manuals
Manuals may cover assembly, basic operation, adjustment, routine inspection, cleaning and maintenance. The final scope depends on the complexity of the equipment and whether it is shipped assembled or partially disassembled.
A useful manual should match:
- The approved equipment model
- Included components and accessories
- Fasteners and hardware packs
- Assembly sequence
- Adjustment points
- Console or resistance functions where applicable
- Maintenance requirements
- Packing configuration
Language versions can be discussed according to the order requirements. Buyers should provide approved translations when specific legal or technical wording is required.
Artwork and Sample Approval
Label and manual files should be confirmed before bulk printing. Buyers can provide existing artwork, a content file, reference labels, manual layouts or branding guidelines.
The approval process may include:
- Content and model confirmation
- Logo and layout review
- Label material and size confirmation
- Manual page and language review
- Printed sample or digital proof approval
- Bulk printing release
Changes requested after bulk printing has started may increase cost or delay packing.
Production and Packing Checks
During production and final packing, relevant checks may include:
- Correct logo and model reference
- Label content and print clarity
- Label size and position
- Adhesion or fixing condition
- Correct manual version
- Language and page sequence
- Match between manual and equipment configuration
- Quantity included with each machine
- Placement inside the accessory or hardware pack

MOQ, Timing and Quotation Information
Private-label programs commonly start from around 30–100 units, depending on the equipment model, printing method, number of label versions and manual requirements.
Label and manual preparation is included in the project schedule after artwork and content approval. Complex multilingual manuals or late content changes may require additional time.
