Carbon steel tubing and plate are processed using CNC laser cutting, tube laser cutting, bending, punching and drilling equipment according to the required frame dimensions.

Frames are fabricated using MIG/MAG welding stations, followed by dimensional, alignment and weld checks before grinding and surface preparation.

Powder Coating & Upholstery

Prepared steel frames move through powder coating and curing. Seats and pads are cut, sewn and assembled using PU upholstery and high-density foam according to the selected equipment series.
