OEM / ODM & Private Label Gym Equipment
OEM/ODM projects are reviewed according to equipment type, order quantity, target market and technical requirements. Standard equipment usually starts from around 10–30 units per model, while customized and private-label programs commonly start from around 30–100 units depending on the specification.
Commercial Gym Equipment Manufacturing
Production covers steel frame processing, welding, powder coating, upholstery, assembly and equipment testing. Main materials include carbon steel tubing and plate, stainless steel components, PU upholstery, high-density foam, steel cables, pulleys, bearings, ABS covers and rubber components. Material specifications vary by product model and confirmed order requirements.
Steel Cutting & Tube Processing
Carbon steel tubing and plate are processed using CNC laser cutting, tube laser cutting, bending, punching and drilling equipment according to the required frame dimensions.
Welding & Frame Fabrication
Frames are fabricated using MIG/MAG welding stations, followed by dimensional, alignment and weld checks before grinding and surface preparation.
Powder Coating & Upholstery
Prepared steel frames move through powder coating and curing. Seats and pads are cut, sewn and assembled using PU upholstery and high-density foam according to the selected equipment series.
Assembly & Functional Testing
Cables, pulleys, bearings, fasteners, covers and other components are assembled before adjustment, movement, resistance, stability and functional checks.
Quality Control & Production Verification
Quality control is carried out from incoming material inspection through frame fabrication, surface finishing, assembly, functional testing and final packing. Inspection points vary by equipment type and confirmed order specification.
Export Packing & Shipment Support
Because commercial gym equipment is large and heavy, packing dimensions, protective materials, model mix, container planning and shipping terms are reviewed before dispatch to reduce avoidable shipment risk.
