OEM Support for Commercial Gym Equipment Buyers

Strenvix Fitness provides OEM and private-label support for importers, distributors, fitness equipment dealers, gym chains and commercial project buyers. The available options depend on the equipment model, order quantity, intended market and technical requirements.

Our main range includes treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, cable crossover machines, hip abduction machines and squat racks. OEM options may include logo branding, frame and powder-coating colors, upholstery, selected materials and components, weight stacks, accessories, product labels, manuals, shipping marks and export packaging.

Customization does not begin by changing every product detail at once. We first confirm the base model, commercial application, quantity and required changes. This allows us to evaluate technical feasibility, MOQ, sample requirements, production time and cost before preparing a quotation.

Product Model and Specification Confirmation

The base product must be selected before artwork, colors or packaging can be finalized. Buyers can send model references, product photos, required functions, a purchasing list or a gym equipment plan.

For cardio equipment, important details may include resistance type, console, power requirements, plug type, running area or adjustment functions. For strength equipment, confirmation may cover frame dimensions, weight stacks, cables, pulleys, adjustment positions, pads and accessories.

Selected specifications can be reviewed through our Equipment Configuration & Accessories service. Structural or dimensional changes require separate technical review and are not automatically available for every model.

Custom Logo and Brand Presentation

Branding can be applied through suitable logo plates, printed graphics, decals, upholstery branding, product labels, manuals and shipping marks. The available method depends on the logo position, equipment structure, material and expected order quantity.

Buyers should provide vector artwork when possible, together with the required logo size, colors and preferred position. We then review whether the artwork is suitable for the selected machine and production method. Logo placement should be confirmed through an artwork layout, sample, component photo or approved reference before bulk production.

Frame Colors, Upholstery and Material Options

Frame and powder-coating colors can be coordinated across selected cardio and strength equipment series. Upholstery colors, pad finishes and selected appearance details can also be reviewed for strength machines with seats or support pads.

A color name alone may not be sufficient for production. Buyers should provide a color reference, approved color code or physical sample when accurate matching is important. The approved frame and upholstery combination should be recorded before production, especially when several models must present a consistent brand identity.

Main materials used across the product range include carbon steel tubing and plate, stainless steel components, PU upholstery, high-density foam, steel cables, pulleys, bearings, ABS covers and rubber parts. Material or component changes are reviewed according to the model and intended commercial application. We do not recommend replacing structural or functional materials without confirming their effect on assembly, stability, movement and production cost.

Labels, Manuals and Export Packaging

Private-label orders may require more than a logo on the machine. Product labels, model information, warning labels, assembly instructions, user manuals, carton marks and packing lists must match the approved product and target market.

Buyers should provide required languages, company information, model references, barcode files and any market-specific labeling instructions. Content and layouts need approval before printing because late changes can delay packing and shipment preparation.

Packaging is selected according to equipment size, weight, structure and shipping method. Options may include protective foam and film, reinforced export cartons, plywood cases or pallets. Sample Development and Pre-Production Approval

Standard or lightly customized samples usually require approximately 10–20 days. More complex OEM samples may require around 20–30 days, depending on component availability, artwork, configuration and technical requirements.

Before sample production, the following information should be confirmed where applicable:

• Selected product model and specification
• Logo artwork, size and position
• Frame and upholstery colors
• Materials or component options
• Labels and manual requirements
• Accessories
• Packaging and shipping marks

After the sample or configuration is reviewed, the approved details should be recorded as the production reference. Approval may be completed through a physical sample, component sample, drawing, artwork layout, color reference, photos or videos, depending on the project.

MOQ, Bulk Production and Quality Control

Standard equipment orders usually start from around 10–30 units per model. Customized and private-label programs commonly start from around 30–100 units, depending on the product type, branding method, specification and packaging requirements.

Standard mass production normally requires about 30–45 days. Larger or more customized programs may require approximately 45–60 days. The final schedule is confirmed after specifications, sample approval, order quantity and component availability have been reviewed.

During production, inspections may cover incoming materials, frame dimensions, welding, powder-coated surfaces, upholstery, assembly, movement, adjustment, resistance, stability, labels and packing. Approved OEM details are checked against the confirmed order specification before shipment.
