About Strenvix Fitness
Strenvix Fitness is a commercial gym equipment manufacturer and supplier based in Tianqu Industrial Park, Decheng District, Dezhou, Shandong, China. Established in 2011, we work with importers, distributors, fitness equipment dealers, private-label brands, gym chains and commercial project buyers.
Our main range covers treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, cable crossover machines, hip abduction machines, squat racks and related cardio and strength equipment. We focus mainly on B2B supply, OEM/private-label programs, wholesale orders and commercial gym projects rather than retail sales.
Commercial Gym Equipment Manufacturing
Our production work covers steel cutting and tube processing, frame fabrication, welding, surface preparation, powder coating, upholstery, assembly and functional testing.
The factory operates in an approximately 33,600 m² facility with several production and assembly lines. Equipment used in production includes CNC laser cutting machines, tube processing equipment, bending machines, MIG/MAG welding stations, grinding equipment and powder coating facilities.
Production arrangements vary depending on the equipment model, order quantity and customization requirements.
OEM, Private Label & Custom Support
We support OEM and private-label projects for buyers developing their own commercial fitness equipment range.
Available options can include:
- Custom logo branding
- Frame and powder-coating colors
- Upholstery colors
- Selected equipment configurations
- Weight stacks and accessories
- Product labels and manuals
- Shipping marks
- Private-label and export packaging
Before production, we normally confirm the product model, quantity, target market, branding requirements and technical details so that the final specification is clear.
Materials & Product Configuration
Commercial gym equipment uses different materials and components depending on the product type. Common materials include carbon steel tubing and plate, stainless steel components, PU upholstery, high-density foam, steel cables, pulleys, bearings, ABS covers and rubber parts.
For OEM orders, material and component choices are reviewed according to the equipment design, application and confirmed order requirements rather than using one specification for every model.
Production Follow-Up & Quality Control
Quality control is carried out throughout production rather than only before shipment.
Typical checks include incoming material inspection, frame dimensions, welding condition, alignment, surface finishing, powder coating, assembly, adjustment mechanisms, movement, resistance systems, stability and final packing.
Where required, model-specific documentation, third-party inspection or additional testing can also be discussed according to the destination market and order requirements.
Packing & Export Support
Commercial gym equipment is often large and heavy, so packing and shipment planning are an important part of each order.
Depending on the product, we can use protective foam and film, reinforced export cartons, plywood cases or pallets. For multi-model orders, packing dimensions and quantities can also be reviewed for container planning.
We support export orders under terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP, depending on destination and shipment requirements. Qingdao Port is commonly used for export shipments from our Dezhou production base.
Who We Work With
Our customers mainly include:
- Importers and distributors
- Fitness equipment dealers
- Private-label brands
- Gym chains and fitness clubs
- Wholesalers
- Commercial gym and project buyers
Whether the requirement is a standard wholesale order, a mixed-model shipment or an OEM/private-label program, our aim is to make product specifications, production timing, quality requirements and shipment arrangements clear before bulk production.
