Logo Branding for Commercial Equipment
Strenvix Fitness supports custom logo and branding requirements for commercial gym equipment distributors, fitness equipment dealers, private-label brands and gym project buyers. Branding can be applied to selected treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, cable crossover machines, hip abduction machines and squat racks.
The appropriate logo method depends on the equipment model, logo position, frame or cover material, artwork details and order quantity. Before quotation, we review where the logo will be applied, how large it needs to be and whether it must match other equipment in the same product range.
For projects involving colors, configurations and packaging in addition to branding, buyers can first review our complete OEM and customization options.
Available Logo Application Methods
Different equipment parts require different branding methods. Common options may include:
- Metal logo plates for frames, covers and upper machine panels
- Printed or adhesive decals for flat equipment surfaces
- Logo graphics on treadmill or cardio equipment covers
- Upholstery branding on selected seats and support pads
- Product labels containing the approved brand and model information
- Branded manuals, carton marks and shipment identification
Not every logo method is suitable for every model. Surface shape, material, heat, movement and regular contact can affect the recommended application. A flat metal panel may be suitable for a nameplate, while a shaped plastic cover may require a fitted decal. Upholstery branding must also be reviewed according to pad construction and logo size.
Artwork and Logo Placement Confirmation
Buyers should provide vector artwork in AI, EPS, PDF or another usable format whenever possible. The file should include the correct logo proportions, colors and any required spacing. If only a low-resolution image is available, artwork preparation may be required before sampling.
We normally confirm:
- Logo file and color
- Final dimensions
- Application method
- Position on the equipment
- Orientation and spacing
- Surface or component receiving the logo
- Consistency across different models
A placement proof or artwork layout should be approved before physical logo samples are made. For a multi-model order, each logo position may need to be reviewed separately because frame shapes, covers and available branding areas are different.
Physical Samples and Pre-Production Approval
A physical sample helps verify the logo size, color, finish, edge quality, adhesion and overall appearance on the selected equipment. Depending on the project, approval may be based on a metal plate, decal, upholstery sample, branded component or completed equipment sample.
Standard or lightly customized samples usually require approximately 10–20 days. More complex OEM samples may require around 20–30 days, depending on the model, logo method, component availability and approval requirements.
The approved artwork, position and physical reference should be recorded before bulk production. Changes requested after logo components have entered production may affect cost and delivery time.
Branding Checks During Bulk Production
Logo inspection is included with the relevant production and final inspection stages. Checks may cover:
- Correct logo version and spelling
- Size and position
- Color and surface finish
- Plate alignment and fastening
- Decal adhesion and edge condition
- Upholstery logo appearance
- Consistency between different units
- Labels, manuals and packaging references
Brand information used on warning labels, model labels and manuals should match the approved equipment. Buyers requiring coordinated documentation can review our Product Labels & Manuals service.
MOQ, Lead Time and Quotation Information
Custom logo orders commonly start from around 30–100 units, depending on the equipment model, branding method and order requirements. Lower quantities may be reviewed for standard models using simpler branding methods. Final MOQ is confirmed after the artwork and product selection have been checked.
To prepare an accurate quotation, please send the equipment models, quantity per model, vector logo file, preferred logo logo position, target market and required delivery time. If branded cartons or shipping marks are also required, include the packaging files and destination information for review.
