Configuration Support for Commercial Equipment
Strenvix Fitness reviews equipment configuration and accessory requirements for importers, distributors, fitness equipment dealers, private-label brands, gym chains and project buyers.
Available options depend on the equipment model, commercial application, order quantity and technical feasibility. Selected configurations may include weight stacks, cables, pulleys, bearings, handles, attachments, adjustment components, covers and other model-specific accessories.
For cardio equipment, configuration discussions may involve the resistance system, console, power requirement, plug type or available functional options. These details must be confirmed for each treadmill, exercise bike or rowing machine rather than applied to the complete product range.
Buyers requiring colors, logos, upholstery and packaging in addition to components can review our complete Custom OEM gym equipment service.
Weight Stacks and Strength Configurations
Weight-stack configuration is an important purchasing detail for selectorized equipment such as cable crossover and hip abduction machines. The required stack must match the frame, cable routing, pulley system and intended commercial application.
The review may include:
- Weight-stack arrangement
- Plate configuration
- Selector pin
- Guide rods
- Protective covers
- Cable travel
- Exercise attachments
- Adjustment positions
A requested weight-stack change may affect machine weight, cable length, frame loading, packing dimensions and shipping cost. It should therefore be reviewed before quotation and sample approval.
Cables, Pulleys, Bearings and Movement Parts
Cables, pulleys and bearings directly affect equipment movement and assembly. The selected components must be compatible with the machine structure, exercise path and maintenance requirements.
We review component dimensions, mounting positions, cable routing and movement before confirming a change. Replacement of one part may require related adjustments rather than a simple component substitution.
Main materials and components currently used across the product range include steel cables, pulleys, bearings, fasteners, ABS covers and rubber components. Further information is available on our Materials & Components page.
Handles, Attachments and Accessories
Selected strength machines can be reviewed with model-compatible handles and attachments. These may include cable handles, bars, grips, ankle straps or other accessories required for the intended exercise function.
Buyers should provide:
- Equipment model
- Required accessory type
- Quantity per machine
- Material or finish requirement
- Connection size
- Reference photo or sample
- Individual or combined packing requirement
An accessory shown with one model may not fit another machine. Connection method, cable travel, clearance and storage position should be checked before approval.
Cardio Equipment Configuration
Treadmills, exercise bikes and rowing machines require a different configuration review from strength equipment. Depending on the model, the discussion may cover:
- Resistance or drive system
- Console functions
- Display language where supported
- Power and plug requirements
- Seat or handle adjustment
- Pedals and foot supports
- Foldable structure where applicable
- Included accessories
Final options must be based on the selected model and target market. We do not apply one standard console, resistance system or electrical configuration to every cardio product.
Sample Approval and Assembly Checks
Configuration changes should be confirmed through a component sample, configuration sheet, drawing, reference sample or completed equipment sample, depending on the project.
During assembly and inspection, relevant checks may include:
- Correct components and quantities
- Mounting and connection
- Cable routing
- Pulley movement
- Bearing operation
- Adjustment function
- Weight-stack movement
- Resistance operation
- Fastener condition
- Accessory fit
The approved configuration becomes the reference for bulk production. Assembly details are further explained on our Equipment Assembly page.
MOQ, Lead Time and Quotation Requirements
Customized equipment programs commonly start from around 30–100 units, depending on the model, component changes and order requirements. Standard configurations may be reviewed from around 10–30 units per model.
Standard or lightly customized samples usually require approximately 10–20 days. More complex OEM samples may require around 20–30 days. Bulk production normally requires around 30–45 days, while larger or more customized programs may require approximately 45–60 days.
For quotation, please send the selected models, quantity per model, required configurations, accessory list, reference photos or drawings, destination country and target delivery time.
