Frame Colors for OEM Equipment Programs
Strenvix Fitness supports custom frame and powder-coating colors for selected commercial treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, cable crossover machines, hip abduction machines and squat racks.
This service is intended for importers, distributors, fitness equipment dealers, private-label brands and gym projects requiring a coordinated product appearance. Available colors and finishes depend on the equipment model, frame material, order quantity and production requirements.

Color Reference and Sample Confirmation
A general color name such as black, gray, red or blue may not be precise enough for production. Lighting, surface texture and coating finish can change how a color appears on the completed frame.
Buyers should provide one of the following references:
- An approved physical color sample
- A recognized color code
- A coated metal reference
- A product or component requiring a close color match
- A clear color requirement for a coordinated equipment series
We review the requested color against the selected frame and available powder-coating options. When close matching is important, a coated metal sample or frame section should be approved before bulk production.
Digital images can be used for an initial discussion, but screen colors are not a reliable final production standard.
Surface Preparation Before Powder Coating
The final coating appearance depends on the condition of the welded frame before powder is applied. Welded areas, grinding marks, oil, dust and uneven surfaces can remain visible beneath the finished coating if preparation is incomplete.

Preparation requirements can vary between large strength-machine frames, compact racks and the metal structures used in cardio equipment.
Powder Application and Curing
Prepared steel frames move through powder application and curing according to the selected production requirements. The coating must cover visible frame surfaces and difficult areas around joints, corners and welded sections.
Production checks may review:
- Correct approved color
- Surface coverage
- Finish consistency
- Visible scratches or contamination
- Edges and welded areas
- Differences between connected frame sections
- Appearance across multiple units
Specific coating thickness, corrosion performance or salt-spray requirements should be discussed before quotation. These values are not assumed to be the same for every model or target market.
Matching Frames with Upholstery and Branding
Frame colors are often confirmed together with upholstery, stitching and logo details. A black or charcoal frame may be combined with contrasting upholstery and stitching, while a private-label range may use one consistent accent color across several machines.
Because each product has a different structure, the visible color area and logo position should be reviewed by model. Buyers should confirm the complete appearance using a color layout, material combination, coated sample or approved machine sample.

MOQ, Lead Time and Bulk Production
Custom frame colors usually require a sufficient production quantity to coordinate powder preparation, coating and production scheduling. OEM programs commonly start from around 30–100 units, depending on the product model, color, model mix and other customization requirements.
Standard or lightly customized samples usually require approximately 10–20 days. More complex OEM samples may require around 20–30 days. Bulk production normally requires around 30–45 days, while larger or more customized programs may require approximately 45–60 days.
The final MOQ and schedule are confirmed after the models, quantities, color reference and sample approval method have been reviewed.
